Ingredients
  • 500 gr. chicken wings
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon sweet or hot paprika
  • 150 ml. white wine
  • 2-3 tablespoons curry
  • Pepper
  • Sal Island
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. To prepare the chicken wings with curry in the oven, first we will clean the wings, of some feathers.
  2. In a bowl we will put a good jet of oil, the curry, the paprika, the pepper, salt, the minced garlic and the glass of white wine, we add the chicken wings we mix them very well so that they are well impregnated with the dressing, you can add more of what you like. Let it marinate for a few hours, it can be 2-3 hours or leave it overnight.
  3. We turn on the oven at 200ºC, with heat up and down.
  4. We prepare a baking tray, we put the wings, you can put a little of the dressing on top or a little more olive oil.
  5. We put in the oven and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
  6. After this time we take out and turn them all over, put them back in the oven, leave them until they are golden brown.
  7. We can put some potatoes in the source along with wings so that they are made at the same time in the oven, or make them fried and accompany this dish of curry chicken wings.
