The recipe seems easy and rich to me ... but this sauce is not known here in my country: Worcestershire ?? If I want to make this recipe, how do I do it? Or what sauce can I substitute for? Thanks

It is also known as English sauce or Perrins; It is made from molasses, corn syrup, water, vinegar, paprika, soy sauce, anchovies, onions, tamarind, garlic and cloves. Replacing it with a similar one is complicated; You can always try tomato and add some crushed anchovies and a touch of spice.
