- 4 pieces of cod loin to the point of salt
- 4 potatoes
- 4 tablespoons of flour

- 3 cloves of garlic

Preparation
- We peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices, put them in a pan with hot oil and fry them a little, they can also be prepared in the microwave. The potatoes must be left half done.
- While the potatoes are being made, peel and chop the garlic and parsley, put in a mortar and mash it, add the white wine. We remove it.
- When the potatoes are half done we take them out.
- We turn on the oven at 180º C.
- Prepare a baking dish or tray, place the potatoes that are half done in the bottom, add a little salt.
- On top of the potatoes we put the pieces of cod.
- With the help of a spoon, we add the mixture of garlic, parsley and wine throughout the tray.
- We pour a jet of oil all over and put it in the oven.
- We let it cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cod.
