Preparation
- We clean the chicken and cut it into pieces or quarters. On the other hand, we peel the potatoes and cut them into regular pieces.
- In a tray suitable for the oven, we will put the chicken, a quarter per person more or less, the chopped onions and the potatoes also chopped, we will sprinkle with the lemon juice, oil, salt and the curry, the amount will be to taste.
- We will put it in the oven at 180ºC and we will leave it for about 20 minutes, after this time we will open the oven and add the wine.
- And we will leave it until it is done to our liking, more golden or less, it takes about an hour, if we see that it dries, add a little water to the tray.
- And ready.
- Do not tell me that it is not easy and we can do other things while it is cooking.
