Baked Chicken Wings

Today one Baked chicken wings, a simple and very tasty dish. Chicken tends to be liked by everyone but there are parts of the chicken that they like more than others, the wings are a very tasty part and if they are well seasoned they take on all the flavor and are very good.

These baked wings are very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, accompanied by vegetables, potatoes and seasoned with herbs is a very complete dish, for a lunch or an informal dinner it is a great dish.

Ingredients
  • 1 Kg of chicken wings
  • Potatoes
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 or 3 tomatoes
  • 3 garlic
  • parsley
  • A glass of white wine 200ml.
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Sal Island
  • Buy

Preparation
  1. We preheat the oven to 180ºC, while we prepare the wings.
  2. We peel the potatoes and cut them into squares, we will put them in a baking dish, along with the onion and the cut tomatoes.
  3. We clean the wings, we will put them in the source we will add a good drizzle of oil, salt, thyme and rosemary. We will put in the oven.
  4. While in a mortar we will chop the garlic and the parsley and the white wine.
  5. When they take about 20 minutes we will remove the casserole and add the minced garlic along with the wine.
  6. We will put it back in the oven until they are well browned, we will go around the wings so that they brown on all sides.
  7. When they are golden brown on all sides we will take them out and they will be ready to eat !!!
  8. A simple and very good dish, which will appeal to all audiences.
