Ingredients
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 200 gr. Parmesan cheese (mozzarella or another you like)
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper

Preparation
  1. We wash the cauliflower under the cold water tap and remove the green leaves.
  2. La cut into four pieces and we cook it in a saucepan with plenty of water and a pinch of salt, for 15 minutes or until it is tender.
  3. While we chop the onion and green pepper and the sauté in a pan with a good jet of oil. Between 15 and 20 minutes, until they are soft.
  4. We preheat the oven to 220º.
  5. We incorporate the fried tomato or the tomato sauce to the pan, pepper and cook a couple of minutes so that the flavors mix.
  6. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with the tomato sauce and we grate the cheese about it.
  7. We now place the cauliflower, well drained, on the tomato and cheese.
  8. We take the source to the oven and cook for 25 minutes, turning up the heat for the last 5 minutes so that the cauliflower browns.
  9. We serve hot.
