  • 2 kg of beef brisket in pieces
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 cube of meat broth + water
  • Pepper

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Potatoes for garnish

  1. Season the meat.
  2. In the blender glass we grind our teeth of garlic, the stock cube and the white wine.
  3. We spread a baking dish with olive oil. We place the chunks of beef brisket seasoned and add the rosemary, bay leaf and some peppercorns.
  4. We also incorporate the crushed and water until covered part of the meat.
  5. We put it in the preheated oven at 180-200º for 30 minutes. After that time we turn around to the meat and add a little more water if necessary. We cook 30-40 minutes more.
  6. Meanwhile, we cut the potatoes diced and fry them in the deep fryer. We add them to the baking dish in the last minutes.
  7. We serve hot.
