Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of wild asparagus
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 generous tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
  1. We preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
  2. We line the tray with baking paper and place the clean and dry asparagus in it.
