  • 200 gr sliced smoked bacon
  • 100 gr of sliced mushrooms
  • 200 ml of liquid cream for cooking
  • 2 eggs
  • Cheese for gratin
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. First we are going to prepare the base of the cake.
  2. If the puff pastry is frozen, we will take it out a little earlier at room temperature so that it thaws.
  3. On a sheet of baking paper, we stretch the puff pastry with the help of a rolling pin and flour.
  4. We place the puff pastry on the mold that we have chosen, suitable for the oven.
  5. Cover the puff pastry with a sheet of aluminum foil and crush a little with your hands.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes so that the puff pastry is not raw.
  7. While we are preparing the ingredients, we cut the bacon into not very thin strips.
  8. We put a frying pan on the fire and cook the bacon without adding oil.
  9. We remove on an absorbent paper.
  10. In the same pan we add a drop of oil and cook the mushrooms, previously washed.
  11. Now we prepare the liquid cream and the two eggs in a separate bowl, beat well with a pinch of salt and reserve.
  12. When the puff pastry is ready, we remove it from the oven and carefully add the ingredients.
  13. First we put the bacon, taking care that it is well distributed.
  14. Next we place the mushrooms.
  15. Finally, we add the cream with the beaten eggs, slowly so that it does not come off the edges.
  16. Add grated cheese to taste, and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  17. And voila !, we already have this delicious savory cake.

Notes
The baking time is estimated, when you see that the egg is set and the cheese is gratin, the cake will be ready. The time will depend on your oven.
