- 1 bag of sliced bread
- 1 package of cheese slices
- 1 package of diced bacon
- 200 ml. cream
- 200 ml. milk
- 3 eggs
- Grated cheese
- Sal Island
- Butter for the mold
Preparation
- To prepare the cake with bacon and cheese, we will start by putting the eggs, a pinch of salt and the milk in a bowl, we will beat this mixture.
- We spread a suitable oven for the oven with a little butter on the bottom and around.
- We pass each slice of bread through the mixture of egg and milk, we are putting them in the mold until completing the base of the mold.
- Next, put a few slices of cheese on top of the slices of sliced bread, on top of the pieces of bacon, cover with a little grated cheese. Pass the bread again through the mixture and cover the entire surface.
- We put cream on top, cover the entire surface of the cake with a layer of cream and grated cheese. Bake at 180ºC with heat up and down for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- When you take out the paste the top part will have risen, when it cools down a bit it will go down.
- And it will be ready to eat!!! Let it cool to be able to cut it since when it is very hot it is difficult to split it and it breaks.
