Although many avoid it in their diet due to its high fat content, we must remember that avocados are healthy and favor our heart health and reduce cholesterol.  Avocado is high in Beta-sitosterol, a compound that has been shown to keep cholesterol levels low.

Ingredients
  • 4 avocados
  • 3-4 turkey breast fillets
  • 100 gr of diced bacon
  • Cheese spread (light)
  • Sal Island
  • Lima

Preparation
  1. We grill the chicken fillets and bacon strips.
  2. We reserve and let cool.
  3. We use the tip of a knife to cut the avocados in a circular way so that we can cut them in half to extract the bone.
  4. With the help of a spoon, we empty the avocados into a bowl being careful not to break the skin
  5. So that the avocados do not oxidize, we squeeze the juice of half a lime over them and mash with the help of a fork.

  7. Finely chop the chicken and the bacon with the help of a knife and add to the mixture.
