How do you organize your breakfasts? Do you always have the same breakfast? I have to admit that until two years ago my breakfasts were always the same and included: orange juice, toast with butter and jam and coffee. However, nowadays, I alternate different options: porridge, grilled egg, fruits and yes, toast too, but of a different kind.

These avocado and tomato toast they become one of my favorites at this time of year. Why at this time of year? Because it is when the tomato is in season and it is possible to enjoy more tasty pieces. Two ingredients, this toast does not need more. Although it does not hurt to complete it with a little beaten cheese.

Whipped cheese I have used it in this case as a dressing, in small quantities. If you do not usually buy this product and you do not know how to incorporate it to your table, you can try to prepare these little glasses of cheese and compote for breakfast or a snack, delicious! But let's get back to toasts. Who is encouraged to prepare them?

Ingredients
  • 2 toasts (whole wheat bread or with seeds or ...)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tomate
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cheese
  • Dried oregano

Preparation
  1. We open the avocado, remove the bone and remove the meat. The mash with a fork and we distribute it on the two toasts.
  2. On the avocado we place some thin slices of tomato, lightly mounted one on top of the other, and a pinch of salt.
  3. We finish the avocado and tomato toasts by dressing them with a little beaten cheese and oregano.
