Avocado sandwiches

Today's proposal is to prepare in a few minutes delicious avocado sandwiches to taste as a light and informal starter, constituting an ideal preparation made up of healthy and nutritious foods.


8 slices of whole wheat bread
100 grams of cream cheese
1 large round tomato
1 Avocado
lemon juice, a splash
olive oil, to taste
Salt, a pinch


To prepare each sandwich, spread the cream cheese on two slices of the whole wheat bread and cut the tomato into slices and distribute them over the cheese.

Fillete the avocado into slices and sprinkle them with the lemon juice so that they do not darken and cover them on the tomato and season with a pinch of salt. Then, on the other slice of whole wheat bread, pour a drizzle of olive oil and cover the sandwich with this slice. Once all the sandwiches are prepared, cut them crosswise and arrange them on a serving platter.
