Avocado, cheese and salmon salad a fresh and light salad to start a meal. Salads are a good dish especially when we are going to eat main dishes, since we can start with a light dish and then move on to the next dish without being full.

Ingredients
  • 1 lettuce
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 package of cheese for salads
  • 1 package of salmon
  • 1 lemon
  • Olives
  • Chopped nuts
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 squirt of vinegar
  • Sal Island
  • A pinch of pepper (optional)

Preparation
  1. To prepare the avocado, cheese and salmon salad, we will start by washing the lettuce, put it in cold water for a few minutes and drain well.
  2. We cut it into pieces and we put it in a salad bowl.
  3. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit, sprinkle them with a little lemon juice so they don't get ugly.
  4. We cut the avocados into pieces and add them to the salad bowl along with the lettuce.
  5. Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces, add to the rest of the salad.
  6. We cut the cheese into pieces, we add it to the salad.
  7. We peel some walnuts and chop them into pieces, we add them to the salad.
  8. Cut the salmon into strips or pieces.
  9. We prepare the vinaigrette, in a bowl we add the oil, vinegar and salt to taste, mix well and add it to the salad bowl just before serving, we put the salmon pieces on top and that's it.
  10. It can be prepared in individual plates.
