Avocado and Shrimp Roll

I show you a special cold starter. Prepare it for your next party.

Ingredients:

1 pionon
1 small can of palm hearts
300 g. well cleaned and peeled shrimp
1/2 kilo of golf sauce
1 avocado

Preparation:

Wash and cut the avocado in half lengthwise; remove the pit and pulp. Cut the pulp into small pieces, also the shrimp and the hearts of palm.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and season with lots of golf sauce. Open the pionono and spread it with golf sauce. On top, spread the mixture and flatten with the spatula.
Roll up the pionono and put it in a bowl. Smear it again with golf sauce and put it in the fridge.
