With the good weather at home we continue to enjoy salads as summery as this one from avocado and tangerine. It is a simple salad to which the mandarin brings a very interesting citrus flavor; avocado by itself is more bland, although I personally love it.
To complete the salad I have also incorporated some walnuts. We could substitute walnuts for pistachios or cashews; any of them will provide the salty touch we are looking for. The nuts they are very good in this type of salads. Do you like avocado? Then you should also try the salad of roasted carrot, and of confit prawns, They will surprise you!
