- Two salad tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- Two avocados
- 2 cans of mackerel in olive oil

- We cut the lettuce buds and put them in a bowl of water to clean them well.
- Meanwhile, we wash the tomatoes well and cut them into medium dice, we reserve.
- Now, we peel the cucumbers leaving a little skin to avoid acidity.
- We cut the cucumbers in half and cut into not very thick slices, we reserve.
- It's time to prepare the avocado, cut in half and carefully remove the bone.
- We cut the avocados into thin slices and reserve.
