Ingredients
  • 4 lettuce buds
  • Two salad tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • Two avocados
  • 2 cans of mackerel in olive oil
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • shawl
  • wine vinegar

Preparation
  1. First we are going to prepare all the ingredients, since in this recipe the important thing is the presentation.
  2. We cut the lettuce buds and put them in a bowl of water to clean them well.
  3. Meanwhile, we wash the tomatoes well and cut them into medium dice, we reserve.
  4. Now, we peel the cucumbers leaving a little skin to avoid acidity.
  5. We cut the cucumbers in half and cut into not very thick slices, we reserve.
  6. It's time to prepare the avocado, cut in half and carefully remove the bone.
  7. We cut the avocados into thin slices and reserve.
  8. Finally, we remove the mackerel and reserve to finish the dish.
  9. Now it's time to plate our salad
  10. First we are going to place the cucumber slices around the edge of the source.
  11. Then, we put the tomato cubes after the cucumber.
  12. In the center of the source we place the lettuce.
  13. Finally, we carefully place the avocado slices.
  14. To finish this salad, we place the mackerel and dress with olive oil, salt to taste and vinegar.

Notes
If you want to give it a different touch, you can dress the salad with a balsamic vinegar reduction.
