Avocado and lime pate

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 large tablespoon cheese spread
- 1 lime
- cilantro
- sesame
- ground black pepper
- 4 slices of whole wheat / pipe / seed / rye bread ...
Preparation
- We cut the avocados in half, extract the bone, the skin and cut to introduce the pulp in a bowl.
- So that the avocado does not oxidize, we will squeeze the juice of a lime over the pulp.
- We will add a large tablespoon of lime, a tablespoon of sesame (previously toasted), a pinch of salt and crush and stir with a fork until we get a pasty consistency.
- Once we get the perfect consistency to spread, we will add two sprigs of chopped coriander.
- We tested the salt point. Spread on the toast and add ground black pepper to taste.
