In addition to the avocado and the scrambled eggs, I have added to this toast some Cherry tomatoes. - 1 slice of bread
- 1 Avocado
- 1 egg
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- Toast the slice of bread in the toaster or in the pan.
- Then peel the avocado and with a fork we crush its meat to spread it on the slice of bread. We salt and pepper
- Next, we grease a small frying pan lightly and pour the semi-beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat while stirring until the mixture has the consistency you want.
- We serve the scramble on top of the avocado and place some cherry tomatoes cut in half and passed through the pan.
