Avocado and cheese salad

Ingredients:

3 avocados cut into thin slices
150 gr. port salut cheese cut into cubes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
100 gr. milk cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Put the avocados and cheese in a salad bowl, prepare in a container an emulsion of milk cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well and drizzle on the salad mixing very well and serving at the moment.
