Today we bring you a simple and ideal recipe for those days when we want to do a little detox diet and eat only fruit and vegetables. It is advisable to do one of these days a month in order to rid the body of toxins. In this case it is a mixed cauliflower salad with enough ingredients that take away that "boring" flavor from cooked vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 onion and a half
  • 4 cans of tuna
  • 1 Tomate
  • 2 cans of bell pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large green bell pepper (2 if small)
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Sal Island
  • Olive oil
  • Apple vinager

Preparation
  1. Peel and cut the cauliflower into several pieces. We put it in a pot with water and put it to boil. The cauliflower It is a fairly tough vegetable so its cooking will take a little more than 20 minutes. Go testing with a fork and as soon as you think appropriate, remove it from the heat.
  2. We will drain it, cool it with a little cold water, and drain it again. Once drained well, we will dump it on a large bowl in which we will add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Next, we will put in a pot or smaller saucepan, to cook 4 eggs size «L». A trick so that the peel does not stick and it is easy for us to peel them, is to add a little vinegar to the cooking water.
  4. Our chosen ingredients are: bell peppers cut into strips (we have added 2 cans), tuna in olive oil (4 cans), 1 green pepper that we will wash well and cut into small pieces, 1 ripe tomato We will also wash and cut into pieces, 1 onion and a half fresh, from which we will remove the outermost layers and cut into thin slices.
  5. With all the ingredients already added, we will hope that the eggs they have cooked, to peel them, cut them and add them to the bowl.
  6. Then and as the last step, all you need is dress: we will add olive oil, salt and apple cider vinegar (everything to taste). As a final point we will add a little basil and oregano to give it a little more flavor.
