Crafting
We drain the asparagus on absorbent kitchen paper.
Following, the smear in oil and we add salt to them.
We place on the work surface a slice of cooked ham and we spread it in the entrance with a little mayonnaise. If we get too close to the edges, the mayonnaise will come off when we roll the asparagus.
We roll the asparagus in the cooked ham and we are placing them on an oven-safe source.
We place on top of these a little bit of grated cheese and we take them to the oven, gratin them until the cheese melts and browns.
