Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
For the dressing
- 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
- Juice of one lime
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- We wash the arugula and we place it in a bowl or salad bowl.
- We add the cucumber sliced, chopped smoked salmon, sun-dried tomatoes and capers.
- We also add the Sesame seeds above.
- Season with oil olive and lime juice and season to taste.
- We mix and serve.
