Artisan Donuts

Ingredients:
75gr of butter
3 vanilla eggs
½ k sugar
600gr of flour
30gr yeast
½ l of oil

Preparation:
Put the flour in a bowl and add the yeast. Then the eggs one by one, a splash of vanilla and the butter. Also add a splash of warm water. Beat until the pasta is manageable and let it rest for half an hour. Roll out and form a roll; which you must cut and let rest. Finally fry and sprinkle with sugar.
