Ingredients
- 8 artichokes
- 1-2-onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 spoonful of fried tomato
- 1 tablespoon flour
- ½ glass of white wine
- salt, oil and pepper
- Water and lemon to clean artichokes
Preparation
- We will start by cleaning the artichokes, cut the tips of the artichoke and the surrounding leaves with the knife until we have the heart or the most tender leaves.
- We cut the artichokes into 4 pieces and we are putting them in a bowl that we will have with cold water and lemon juice.
- Peel and chop the garlic and onion.
- We put a saucepan on the fire with a jet of oil, when it is hot we will add the garlic and the onion we sauté.
- When it begins to take color, add the fried tomato, sauté it and add the tablespoon of flour, stir.
- Add the glass of white wine and let it evaporate. We remove the artichokes from the water, drain and add them to the casserole along with the sauce, add a glass of water, salt and pepper, let it cook until the artichokes are tender for about 20-30 minutes, if I made a little more water the we add.
- When they are, we taste the salt, rectify and serve.
