Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 plain or lemon yogurt
- 3 glasses of flour
- 1 sugar
- 1 sunflower oil
- 1 sachet of backing powder
- 3 apples
- 3 tablespoons peach jam
- 3 tablespoons of water
Preparation
- We will put the oven to heat to 180ºC.
- We put the eggs and sugar in a bowl, beat them with the rods until a whitish mixture remains. We add the yogurt, beat, with this container we add the oil, mix it well.
- We sift the flour together with the yeast, we take 2 apples, we peel them and we grate them, we add the flour to the mixture of the eggs, we mix and we add the grated apple, we stir everything well so that the apple is well mixed.
- We prepare a mold, spread it with butter and a little flour, add the dough, cut the other apple into thin thin slices and put them on the surface of the dough, put it in the oven and leave it for about 40 minutes, depending on the oven, We only have to prick the center of the cake with a toothpick, if it comes out dry it will be ready, if not we leave it a little longer.
- When it is, we take it out of the oven and let it warm. We take the jam and mix it with the water, with it we paint the base of the cake.
