Apple smoothie with cinnamon milk

If you want to prepare a refreshing and healthy smoothie, be sure to make this drink and also incorporate into the body this beneficial dairy product such as skimmed milk.

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons sugar
1 container of apple juice
1 liter of skim milk
ground cinnamon, to taste
ice cubes, to taste

Preparation:

Pour the contents of the apple juice container into the blender glass. Then add the skim milk and sugar.

Blend these ingredients until they are integrated and finally, remove and serve the smoothie, in tall glasses, sprinkled on top with a little cinnamon powder. If you want you can add some ice cubes.
