Ingredients:
150 g of wheat flour
300 grams of oatmeal
2 large apples
70 g raisins
4 tablespoons of oil
4 tablespoons honey
60 grams of sesame seeds

Preparation:
In a bowl, put the rolled oats and raisins and cover with the apple juice. Leave for half an hour and add the flour, oil, honey and a pinch of salt. Let stand for a few minutes and meanwhile, grate the apples and add to the dough together with the sesame. With the help of a spoon, make small mounds with the dough and place on a greased baking tray. Preheat the oven to 190 °, put the cookies in for 20-30min until they are lightly golden.
