  • 140 g flour
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g of creamy butter
  • 125 g of buttermilk (or 125 g of milk + 1 tablespoon of squeezed lemon)

If you can't find buttermilk, begin the preparation of this recipe by preparing it at home. Combine 125 g of milk and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and let it steep for 10 minutes, do not stir! Take advantage and also heat the oven to 180º.
