Anchovy and caper mayonnaise

This mayonnaise is used to season and enhance the flavor of: grilled or boiled fish and meats.

In a few minutes, a mayonnaise that will give a sophisticated touch to your meals.

Ingredients

200 grams of pitted black olives
100 grams of anchovy fillets
Juice of one lemon
200 cubic centimeters of olive oil
50 grams of capers

Preparation

Chop the black olives, anchovies and capers very finely with a knife, put on the vegetables, the chopped anchovies, the lemon juice and the olive oil then mix everything very well.

Process the ingredients of the previous preparation, until they have a creamy cream consistency. This sauce can be kept in the refrigerator in a clean, dry jar for no more than two hours.
