Almond muffins
Nothing better than confectionery homemade for a luxurious snack. We normally resort to biscuits But today I propose some delicious almond muffins, they are very simple and it will take little time to prepare them, so it is a great recipe for any day, even in a hurry!
The secret of these muffins is that they are actually simple, but adding the almond topping we get them to become an original and delicious recipe. Next I will tell you how to prepare them.

Ingredients
- 60 ml of liquid cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 110 g sugar
- 150 gr of peeled and chopped almonds
- 350 gr de harina
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 80 ml of vegetable oil
- 260 ml of milk
Crafting
In a saucepan we add the cream, honey and almonds, heat until it boils and we will keep it on the fire for about three minutes. When we have it ready we reserve it. On the other hand we beat the egg together with the sugar, the oil and the milk, we mix the flour with the bicarbonate and the yeast and add it to the previous mixture.
When we have everything we will add the mixture to the molds, we will have to fill two thirds of its capacity so that they do not overflow when they rise. We add a little of the mixture of almentras, honey and cream that we reserved previously.
Now we only have to put the molds in the previously preheated oven, bake for about 20 minutes and that's it!
