  • 400 g. of cod
  • 1 onion chopped, julienned
  • 2 garlic cloves, filleted
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper, chopped
  • 100 ml. tomato sauce
  • 8 piquillo peppers in strips
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  1. We desalted the cod 24 hours before, keeping it cold and changing the water four to five times. Then we drain the water and dry it well.
  2. Then in a casserole we put a bottom of olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic cloves and peppers until onion is golden brown after 12 minutes.
  3. Entonces add the cod to flakes and cook for 10 minutes, moving the pan from time to time.
  4. Then we add the tomato sauce and with casserole movements we integrate it.
  5. Finally add the piquillo peppers and we cook 10 more minutes, moving the casserole repeatedly.
