Today I wanted to bring you another dessert for this eastern. It is a very good homemade cheese flan for those who love cheese, they can also try it in sweet mode.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.
  • 1 can of condensed milk (normal).

  • 4 whole eggs.
  • 3 cheeses in portions.

  • 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Raindrops.

Preparation

This recipe for queso flan it is super simple and quick to make. The first thing we have to do is candy. To do this, in the same mold that we are going to use, we will add 3-4 tablespoons of sugar and a few drops of water, just to moisten the sugar and bring it to the fire.

The fire should be soft, since the caramel should not boil too much. When I already have a blonde or black colorDepending on the one you like the most, we will leave it reserved for later.

Then we will make the mixture that will be the flan base. To do this, in a bowl, we will pour the can of condensed milk, the same measure of the can of condensed milk but this time of whole milk, 4 whole eggs, 3 cheeses in portions and half a tablespoon of the vanilla essence coffee .

All this, we will beat it well with the blender until no lumps are left. We will pour this mixture into the mold where we had made the caramel before and we will put it in the oven at 180ºC for about 35 - 40 min approximately, depending on the oven you have.

It is convenient that as time goes by, go gradually raising the temperature, to be done earlier. This cheese flan will be done as soon as we see that it is fully curdled. Let cool and unmold.
