Ingredients
  • 1 puff pastry.
  • ½ chopped onion.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 200 g of York ham.
  • 1 package of grated cheese.
  • 200 g of bacon.
  • 2 brick of cream. (33% fat and 200 ml).
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg.

Preparation
  1. For this recipe for York ham, cheese and bacon Quiche I have used puff pastry. The original recipe is made with shortcrust pastry, although it also works well with puff pastry. Thus, we will open and stretch the puff pastry on parchment paper and, we will place it on an oven tart.
  2. Then we will do the quiche base cream. To do this, we will chop both the onion, the ham and the bacon into small cubes. We will pass the onion a little through the pan, together with the bacon and a little salt until it is a little brown.

  6. We will take this to the oven at 200 ºC for about 40 minutes. We will remove it and let it temper in the same container, otherwise everything would be scattered.
