York ham cannelloni with spinach and pine nuts
York ham is recommended for slimming diets, but you have to be creative to make fabulous dishes like the one we present today. A very healthy and delicious recipe for those days when we need to satisfy hunger in a healthy way.
Thus these York ham cannelloni Combined with the filling of a sautéed spinach and pine nuts, it becomes a plate of 10, both for the smallest of the house and for the adults. In this way, we can hold the line no problem this summer.
Ingredients
- 300 g of spinach.
- 80 g of pine nuts.
- 1 clove garlic.
- Olive oil.
- Slices of cooked ham.
- Bechamel brick.
Preparation
First, we will prepare the filling. In a frying pan, we will put a drizzle of olive oil and we will add the sliced garlic clove and the spinach. We will stir from time to time so that they all diminish equally and the flavors bind.
When they are almost done we will add the pine nuts and we will sauté them well so that they toast and bind with the flavor of the spinach. Then we will put all of this on a strainer to remove excess oil and we let it temper.
Next, we will put the slice of York ham and we will incorporate a little of the filling made previously. We will carry out this process until we finish with the spinach.
Finally, we will put all the cannelloni in a deep oven dish and add the béchamel sauce and grated cheese. We will put in the oven 180ºC for about 20-25 minutes.
