Vegetable Fajita with Crispy Chicken, Dinner in 10 Minutes

This fajita that we have prepared for you is vegetable, that is, a mixture of low-fat foods with a crispy touch of chicken. Also, all sautéed with a light mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts.
- 200 g of York ham.
- 100 g of grated cheese.
- Lettuce.
- Light mayonnaise.
- Wheat pancakes.
- Beaten egg and breadcrumbs for coating.
- Olive oil.
Preparation
First of all, we have to make the chicken crispy. To do this, we will cut the breasts into chubby strips, to then breach them with beaten egg and breadcrumbs, and fry them in plenty of olive oil. We will let them drain on absorbent paper and reserve them in a place that does not cool.
At the same time that the chicken is fried, we will cut the diced york ham little ones. In addition, we will cut the julienned lettuce and we will wash it well on the water tap, and we will let it drain in a colander.
When the chicken is fried, we will mount the fajita. We will put a wheat pancake on the plate, to which we will spread a little light mayonnaise, on top we will place the crispy chicken strips, then the diced york and lettuce. We will close the fajita, and we will add a little grated cheese on top.
