Tuna croquettes, some delicious croquettes that we can prepare as appetizers or side. They are ideal for children, they like them a lot and so we can make them eat fish in a simple and very good way.
They are easy to prepare and if we like them we can make quite a few and have them frozen to always have on hand for any occasion.
These homemade tuna croquettes are a delight, I have prepared them with tuna in oil, but you can prepare it with any other fish, vegetables or meat and give it our special touch.

Ingredients
- 2 small cans of tuna in oil
- 25 gr. of butter
- 25 gr. Of flour
- 350 ml. milk
- Nutmeg
- 1 egg and breadcrumbs to coat
Preparation
- We put a pan on the fire and melt the butter.
- Add the flour and toast it a little until it mixes well with the butter.
- When it is, we will pour the milk little by little and stirring without stopping, I heated the milk in the micro. We will continue adding milk until a dough is formed that detaches from the pan, we will add a pinch of nutmeg.
- Then we will put the tuna in oil, I drain the oil.
- We mix it well and give it a few turns, so that the dough takes flavor, we will taste them in case a little salt is needed, that to everyone's taste.
- When it is, we will take it out and put it on a plate, when it is warm we will put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- When it is, we will form the croquettes, in the form of balls or drawings with some pasta cutters and give them shapes.
- We will pass them first by egg, then breadcrumbs.
- In a pan with the hot oil, we will add the croquettes and fry them until they are golden brown.
- We will take them out and put them on a kitchen paper, so that it absorbs the oil.
- And they will be ready to taste.
