Hello everyone! Today I bring you a trick I am sure that you will already know, and whoever does not know him I hope he can help him, at least for me it was a great relief. The trick is to peel roasted peppers more easily, the skin peels off and practically with which you pull a little of it it will come out without effort. I tell you how to do it:
First of all, we roast the peppers as we normally do, in my case after washing them, they are wet in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 1 hour. Once you have them ready you have to put them in a tightly closed tupperware or, as in my case I did not have a large tupperware, I put them in a large container and closed it with a plastic bag (clean, of course).
We leave them like this until they cool down, the steam will peel off the skin. And once they have cooled down, we can peel them easily.
It helped me a lot because I was extremely lazy to remove the skin from the peppers without doing this trick, and you also left half a pepper on the way, so I totally recommend it. I hope it helps you!
