Ingredients
  • 2 bunches of Swiss chard
  • 3 potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of hot paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. To prepare the dish of chard with paprika potatoes, we will first start by washing the chard well with water under the tap, to remove the earth well, drain them.
  2. We remove the threads and cut them into pieces.
  3. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  4. We put a pot on the fire with the chard and the potatoes, we cover them with water. We will put a little salt. We let them cook until the potatoes are ready.
  5. While we prepare the dressing. In a bowl we put a good jet of oil, a little sweet paprika and a little hot paprika. We beat it well until it emulsifies and is well mixed.
  6. When the chard and potatoes are ready, drain and serve. We will finish by pouring a little of the dressing on each plate.
  7. We will accompany with some hard-boiled eggs and thus we have a complete and light dish.
