Ingredients
  • 2 bunches of Swiss chard
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley

Preparation
  1. We wash the chard, drain them, with a knife we ​​clean and remove the threads from the chard stems.
  2. We cut the leaves and stems into small pieces.
  3. We peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.
  4. We put a pot with water and salt when it starts to boil we will put the chard and the potatoes to cook until the potatoes are tender.
  5. While the chard is cooking we prepare the dressing, peel the garlic and cut it very chopped, also the parsley leaves, put it in a mortar and crush it a little, put a good drizzle of olive oil and mix it well.
  6. When the potatoes and chard are cooked, drain them well, put them in a bowl.
  7. At the time of serving we can pour this sauce on top or each serve the sauce to taste.
  8. Serve hot. And ready to eat!!!
