This dish of chard with potatoes with garlic and parsley is very simple, but so that they are not so bland I prepare them accompanied by a mash of olive oil, garlic and parsley, they are rich and with much more flavor, it is a light dish ideal for a Dinner. You will surely like them !!!
- 2 bunches of Swiss chard
- 3 potatoes
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- Olive oil

- We wash the chard, drain them, with a knife we clean and remove the threads from the chard stems.
- We cut the leaves and stems into small pieces.
- We peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.
- We put a pot with water and salt when it starts to boil we will put the chard and the potatoes to cook until the potatoes are tender.
- While the chard is cooking we prepare the dressing, peel the garlic and cut it very chopped, also the parsley leaves, put it in a mortar and crush it a little, put a good drizzle of olive oil and mix it well.
- When the potatoes and chard are cooked, drain them well, put them in a bowl.
- At the time of serving we can pour this sauce on top or each serve the sauce to taste.
- Serve hot. And ready to eat!!!
