Strawberry milkshake
Today I bring you one recipe tremendously simple, but it is one of those that always triumphs both among children and adults. Those of you who already know me will know that Smoothies I love them and as soon as the temperatures start to get a little warmer I start doing them often. Today we have strawberry milkshake!
Difficulty level: Very easy
Preparation time: Less than 5 minutes
Ingredients for half a liter of shake:
- A little less than half a liter of milk
- Strawberries (Amount to taste, in my case 8 strawberries)
- Sugar to taste
Preparation:
As simple as adding the milk, the washed strawberries to the blender glass, without the stem and the sugar. Finally, we beat for a few seconds and voila!
When serving ...
Let it cool in the fridge or, for speed, in the freezer before serving. In my case I decorated it with a strawberry placed in the glass, for this we cut it lengthwise and hook it.
Recipe suggestions:
- You can add more ingredients if desired such as some almonds, walnuts, chocolate and even some other fruit. Strawberry and banana go very well or, if you want to try something new, strawberry and coconut.
- It can be decorated in other different ways according to our tastes or the ingredients that we have added, for example we can sprinkle cocoa powder, chopped almonds or walnuts, grated coconut, etc.

It is usually the favorite of children as well as the chocolate one. A healthy way to get them to drink milk!
