Strawberry Mousse

Strawberry mousse, a very good dessert, easy to prepare. This strawberry mousse is very good, it can also be useful, to take advantage of those strawberries that are left when they start to get ripe, in my house they are putting them aside and nobody wants them and for this recipe they are great since it looks very good with the more ripe strawberries.

It is also a recipe to present after a copious meal, since it contains very little sugar, is light and with very few calories. You can even change the sugar for a sweetener.
The desserts with fruits are very good and for the summer they are great.
This strawberry mousse is prepared in 20 minutes And you just have to let it cool a couple of hours in the fridge, you can also prepare it the day before.

Ingredients
  • 300 gr. strawberries
  • 50 gr. cream cheese (fhiladelfia) light
  • 3 gelatin sheets
  • 50 gr. sugar
  • Egg whites 2
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Preparation
  1. We are going to prepare the strawberry mousse. We cut the strawberries into small pieces and crush them.
  2. We put the gelatin sheets to soak for 5 minutes.
  3. Where we have the strawberry puree we add the cheese and a tablespoon of sugar and mix it well.
  4. Apart in another bowl, we put the two whites and we mount them in the snow with the rest of the sugar.
  5. So that they are good, we begin to beat them without the sugar and when it begins to mount we add the sugar and beat until they are well mounted.
  6. In a cup we put the juice of half a lemon and the two tablespoons of water and heat it in the microwave for a few seconds and here we will put the well-drained gelatins and stir until they dissolve well.
  7. When they are dissolved we will incorporate them into the cream and stir, mixing well.
  8. We will continue mixing the beaten whites and stirring slowly and mixing everything well.
  9. We will put the mixture in glasses and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours until it cools down.
  10. And it only remains to present it with fruits, cream or whatever you like the most.
