Spareribs Honey

Ingredients
  • 1 rack for 4 people
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 2-3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 glass of water or broth
  • Oil and salt

Preparation
  1. To make the pork ribs with honey, we will first light the oven at 180º C, while it is heating we prepare the ribs.
  2. In a baking tray we will put the ribs, we put salt, pepper, a splash of olive oil.
  3. Mix the honey, mustard and a few tablespoons of water, stir well and mix. Spread the ribs well with this mixture. This mixture can be made with more amounts of honey or mustard, it can be made according to the tastes of each one.
  4. On the other hand, we peel the potatoes and cut them into medium slices, add them to the source along with the ribs. you add salt and oil. Add a small glass of water or broth so it doesn't dry out.
  5. We put it in the oven, every 15 minutes we turn it over and with a spoon we wet everything with the sauce. If it is very dry we will add water or broth.
  6. We will go sautéing and turning until the ribs and potatoes are ready.
  7. We will serve right out of the oven.
  8. A delicious dish with a lot of flavor.
