Spanish potatoes

The most exquisite potatoes in a colorful and showy plate to enjoy with the family.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of potatoes
  • 1 Provençal flavoring powder
  • Oil required quantity
  • 1/2 green chili
  • 1/2 red chili
  • 1/2 yellow
  • 4 eggs

Procedure

Peel the potatoes and cut them into somewhat thick slices. Fry the potatoes in plenty of oil until lightly browned. Place them on absorbent paper, without adding salt.
Put ten tablespoons of oil in a pan, add the flavorings and melt it over low heat.
Incorporate the potatoes and mix them with the preparation, distributing the Provençal evenly.
Accompany with a sautéed chili peppers and fried eggs.
