Garlic prawns

 Gboth with garlic, a very popular recipe of our gastronomy. The ingredients of this dish are few and simple, some peeled prawns, garlic, olive oil and if you like it a bit spicy you can add a chilli, the most important thing about this recipe is that the quality of the prawns are good.
They can also be prepared with frozen prawnsIf they are of good quality, there is also a great dish.
Garlic prawns are usually cooked in a clay potAlthough now it is no longer done that way, but when it is time to serve them they are put in clay pots so that it is very hot and it only remains to sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.

Ingredients
  • ¼ shrimp, peeled
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • A chilli (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A little chopped parsley

Preparation
  1. The first thing is to peel the prawns, clean and dry with a kitchen paper. We salt them.
  2. On the other hand we cut the garlic into very thin slices, cut the chilli in two if you like it spicy.
  3. We put a frying pan over medium heat with a good jet of olive oil and add the garlic and chilli, stir everything and let it cook without the garlic turning brown.
  4. Add the prawns, raise the heat, stir and cook for a few minutes, until the prawns turn color, you don't have to do them much.
  5. Sprinkle with the parsley, stir and leave covered for a minute.
  6. They should be served hot and accompanied by a little bread, the sauce is delicious !!!
  7. Ready to serve the garlic prawns !!!
