You can also prepare croquettes taking advantage of some pieces of food such as ham in this case and take advantage of it. They are simple to prepare, they can be made and frozen.

Ingredients
- ½ liter of milk
- 100 gr. Serrano ham
- 50 gr. grated cheese
- 1 cebolla
- 50 gr. of butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 gr. Of flour
- 2 eggs
- Bread crumbs
- Frying oil
Preparation
- We will chop the onion and the ham into small pieces.
- We will put a frying pan with the butter and a few tablespoons of olive oil, we will add the onion and let it cook until it is very transparent and begins to take on a little color.
- Add the ham, stir and immediately add the flour, mix everything and let the flour cook for a few minutes.
- We will add the milk little by little and stir without stopping the mixture and also the grated cheese.
- We will be like this until we have a creamy dough that peels off the pan.
- We take the dough out of the pan and put it in a source, when it is cold we put it in the fridge and leave it for a couple of hours or overnight.
- We prepare the batter for the croquettes, put the beaten eggs on a plate and the breadcrumbs on another.
- We will make balls with the dough and we will pass through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs, we will give it the shape of a croquette.
- We take a frying pan, add plenty of oil and put it over medium heat, when it is hot we will fry the croquettes.
- We take out and serve.
