Serrano ham, egg and cheese toasts
If you want to enjoy a good pinxto or tapaWait to try these ham, egg and cheese toasts. Toasted bread (tostas) sprinkled with a little olive oil and rubbed with garlic, is a delicacy of the gods, without a doubt. That is why I wanted to share this recipe.
The tostas is a very versatile recipe, since the ingredients that we can put on top are very varied. We just have to have good bread and combine the flavors of the same ingredients.
Ingredients
- Bar or village bread.
- Serrano ham slices.
- Eggs
- Sliced cheese.
- Olive oil.
- 1 clove garlic.
Preparation
First of all, to make this recipe for toasts with ham, egg and cheese, we will have to Cut the bread. I have used loaf bread, but if you want you can buy a good loaf of village bread and make medium slices (neither thin nor very fat). These we will put in the oven for about 5 minutes at 180ºC, so that they toast a little.
At the same time that the bread is toasted, we are making the grilled eggs in a frying pan. We will put the low heat, we will add a drizzle of olive oil, we will add the egg and we will crush its yolk. Let cook for a few minutes until completely set.
Once the bread is toasted, we scrub a clove of garlic for all the tostas. In this way, we will leave all the flavor of garlic in its crumb.
Finally, we will mount the toasts with a little oil, on top of the Serrano ham, on top of this the egg and then the cheese. We will put it in oven until the cheese is melted and ready. Enjoy this wonderful tapa !.
