Salad stuffed volcanoes with salmon

Today we prepare some salad stuffed volcanoes with salmon, a very fresh starter, ideal to start a meal. A very colorful dish to prepare a party meal.

We find them in various sizes depending on what you want to prepare, there are small ones that are very good to prepare canapés, on holiday dates they are used a lot.

Ingredients
  • 4 puff pastry volcanoes
  • Salmon
  • Cheese for salads
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Onion
  • 1 Avocado
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup

Preparation
  1. To prepare the salad the quantities will be to suit each one.
  2. To prepare the salad stuffed volcanoes with salmon, first we will wash the lettuce, we will put it in cold water. We dry and cut into small pieces.
  3. We cut the salmon into strips.
  4. We cut the onion into thin strips.
  5. Peel and cut the cucumber into small pieces.
  6. Peel the avocado and cut into pieces.
  7. We cut the cheese into small pieces.
  8. We put the mayonnaise in a bowl, a few spoons and add one or two tablespoons of ketchup, we mix it.
  9. In another bowl we put the lettuce, onion, avocado, cucumber and cheese, mix.
  10. We take the volovanes and inside we put a tablespoon of mayonnaise, fill with the mixture that we have prepared, add more mayonnaise on top or mix it with the salad.
  11. On top we put pieces of salmon, it has to be well stuffed so that the salad can be seen.
  12. We serve very cold accompanied by the sauce, to be served.
