Roquefort cheese or blue cheese is delicious to flavor different preparations and today we will prepare an exquisite sauce, incorporating this product and some anchovies, to accompany all kinds of vegetables.
Ingredients:
2 dientes de ajo chopped
3 chopped anchovies
1 cup of Roquefort cheese grated
1 chopped onion
3 tablespoons of oil
1/2 cup of water
Preparation:
Place the oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic. When they are cooked add the water and the Roquefort cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Once the sauce has taken consistency, add the finely chopped anchovies, stir and remove from the heat. Pour the preparation into a sauce boat and you can use it.
