Roasted ribs with the aroma of basil, tasty and very easy to prepare

Today I bring you a very tasty recipe and very very easy to prepare. The Grilled Ribs They are, in addition to being tasty, very healthy, since they are only seasoned with some oil and basil, and little else.

I also like them, and a lot, with barbecue sauce or with honey, but this recipe is lighter, which is appreciated for everything we are going to eat at Christmas.

Ingredients (for two people):

  • Buy
  • avecrem
  • Pork ribs (400 gr)
  • Basil
  • Water

 Preparation:

In a pot or deep frying pan, we mark the ribs (Marking them means just passing them a little bit in very hot oil, so that when you cook them, the meat does not stay hard).

We add half a glass of water, a pill of avecrem and basil to taste.

We let cook, over medium heat (If it is very strong, the broth will boil too much) about 15 minutes, stirring from time to time.

We withdraw and serve Accompanied by chips, rice, or a good salad.
